The Estée Lauder Companies respects your experience and values the relationship we have with you. This Shipping Policy describes the timelines, costs, and procedures for orders placed through Lab Series Online.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Estimated delivery windows are included below. Please note that they are subject to change, especially during high-volume time frames, and expedited orders do not deliver on weekends. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and we will keep you informed via email.

FATHER'S DAY SHIPPING TIMELINES

To ensure delivery by Father's Day, please refer to the following order deadlines:

  • Monday, May 26 (2:00pm ET): APO/FPO/DPO Military Locations & US Territories
  • Friday, June 6 (2:00pm ET): P.O. Boxes & Standard Ground Service
  • Wednesday, June 11 (2:00pm ET): 2nd Day Air
  • Thursday, June 12 (12:00pm ET): Overnight Air

SHIPPING COST & TIME FRAMES

Shipping costs will be calculated based on order total. In order to process and ship your order with 2nd Day or Overnight shipping on the same business day, please submit your order by 2:00pm ET.

  • Standard: 2 - 5 business days ($8 or FREE with $50 Purchase)
  • 2nd Day: 2 business days ($15)
  • Overnight: 1 business day ($25)

HOLIDAYS

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the U.S. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

  • New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.

SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

At this time, Lab Series Online is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Some items sold by Lab Series Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and/or local regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

FORWARDING

Lab Series Online is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. We recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of that company.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

An order, or part of an order, may be cancelled because items are unavailable, there is difficulty in processing payment, or the address provided is invalid. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

BLOGGER REQUESTS

While we truly appreciate the enthusiasm from the content creation community, we are not accepting incoming partnership or collaboration requests at this time. Our team will initiate contact directly should a potential opportunity arise.

ALASKA, HAWAII, OTHER US TERRITORIES

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands). Delivery to these areas may take up to 14-21 business days. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for these locations.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days. These addresses cannot be shipped via Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. To place an order in the UK, please visit www.labseries.co.uk.
